The Victorian Homestead

The Victorian Homestead was built in 1892 and is the original farmhouse on the estate.
The Homestead is 380m² with a large private patio of 60m² that is connected to the kitchen, shaded by oak trees and overlooking the vineyards. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the Homestead can sleep up to 11 guests. Minimum Stay: 2 Nights

The Homestead Rates: Minimum Stay: 2 Nights

The Homestead is a fully equipped self-catering home, but Continental Breakfasts and Wine Order from Nuy Winery can be pre-arranged.

Peak Season & Peak Long Weekends

From 12 Dec. to 12 Jan. a house rate of R5 000 per day applies including the long weekends like Easter and special festivals & weekends like the Nuy Feast.

Off-Peak Season Weekends
Other Long Weekends

A house rate of R4 500 per day applies for a maximum of 11 people staying in the Homestead.

Off-Peak Season Mid-Week

A minimum rate of R3 000 per day is required 
A discount can be negotiated for long stays.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

50% deposit to secure the booking, the balance to be paid by EFT 10 days prior to arrival except for peak season & long weekends, the date will be supplied.

Unfortunately no debit, credit cards or cheques accepted.

For Bird-Lovers

The swallows return to the Homestead’s patio each year in summer. The finches love the oak trees alongside the reservoir. There are barn owls in the cellar next door whose chicks can be seen and heard at certain time of year.
